Arbitech is there for you…

Having trouble with the technical issues or valuation of a claim?   Having trouble deciding if you even have a claim?  Our experts at Arbitech are there to provide unbiased, coherent, comprehensive, and defensible support. Be it a Early Neutral Evaluation, Expert Reports, Forensic Engineering, or our specialized ADR services, you can expect an exceptional outcome.

Why Choose Arbitech?

Integrity

You can count on our forensic and claims experts to deliver expert opinions and testimonies that:

  • are based on careful evaluation of all claims-related issues;
  • conform to the local laws, codes, and standards;
  • identify all defects and negligence;
  • transparently present all relevant evidence, and
  • treats all parties fairly and impartially.

Modern Care

Forensic sciences sit at the intersection of science, law, and government policy. To help solve technical issues and assist the trier of fact, lawyers, insurers, and laypeople in understanding the technical matters and issues at hand, our experts provide objective, clearly written, and peer-reviewed reports that reference the most relevant Codes and Standards. All of our experts also use the most modern and “cutting-edge” technologies to determine the root cause(s) of incidents.

Experience

Investigating claims-related issues often presents highly complex challenges that require strategic oversight and accountability. With decades of experience in their respective fields, you can count on our highly qualified forensic experts to:

  • find, assess, and interpret critical evidence;
  • present comprehensive opinions that provide meaningful connectivity between the parties obligations and the associated damages, and
  • provide reliable, transparent and reproducible evaluations and interpretations.

Our Core Principles

1

Relevant Evidence

Logical relevance is a threshold requirement for expert evidence. Thus, you can count on our experts to provide reliable evidence that:

  • is coherent, concise and defensible;
  • is fair, objective, and non-partisan; and
  • reduces the time, cost, and anxiety arising from claims.

2

Assist the Trier of Fact

Legal matters often require expertise outside of the knowledge or experience of the trier of fact. Our experts are highly educated, trained, proficient and experienced in assisting lawyers and the courts with technical matters.

3

Avoid Exclusionary Rules

Even when expert evidence is relevant and necessary, it may still be excluded if an exclusionary rule prohibits it. To mitigate the possibility that evidence becomes prohibited, our experts are committed to ensuring that:

  • the evidence was not founded on hearsay, conjecture or speculation, and; and
  • the integrity of the evidence is maintained.

4

Qualified Experts

With decades of education, training and experience, our experts have the knowledge required to opine on the matters and issues at hand and have been qualified by Courts to provide expert opinion evidence.
